Does Corey Paige Designs offer phone support?
- We do not currently offer customer service over the phone. We do offer support through email and have a 24-48 hour turn around on those requests. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to get your questions answered and the support you need. Or Direct Message us @coreypaige_designs on Instagram.
Do you offer discount codes for first time customers?
- Yes! If you subscribe to our emails or text messages, here, you will receive a 10% off code. Fine art & paintings are excluded from this code.
When will I receive my order?
- Each item is a made-to-order, printed on-demand, exclusively for the customer who ordered it. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality. On average, you should receive your order in around 2 weeks, but could be more or less. Depending on the size of your order, production time may take up to 10 business days plus shipping time.
- * Leggings, Joggers, Sports Bras, Tube Tops: allow 15 business days of production time before your products ship.
- * Phone Cases: Please allow 2-4 business days of production time before your products ship.
- Please note that during the holiday season, lead times and shipping times are subject to increase.
What are In Stock Items?
- Almost all items are a made-to-order, printed on-demand, exclusively for the customer who ordered it. But we do carry some inventory and our "In Stock" items are always ready to ship. These items ship from New York within the same week you placed your order. In stock items usually ship out same the day you ordered them. I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?
- Depending on what products were ordered, items may be shipped out as soon as they have been processed rather waiting until the entire order is complete. Therefore, you may receive your orders in separate packages. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.
I am not sure what size to order.

What method does Corey Paige Designs ship orders?
- Orders are usually shipped via USPS unless noted otherwise by the customer. Artwork is shipped via UPS.
Does Corey Paige Designs ship orders internationally?
- Corey Paige Designs does not currently offer International shipping.
What is your return policy?
- All orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns due to the fact that each item is a made-to-order, printed on-demand, exclusively for the customer who ordered it. If the item arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and we will address the issue for an exchange. In the unlikely case your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please report this to us within 7 days of delivery according to your tracking information. To complete your exchange or return for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the damaged product. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or order mistakes not due to our error. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
- We will not accept any returns that have been worn or washed.
- All clearance and in stock items are final sale.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
- All orders are final, so make sure everything looks correct at checkout.
I see designs on your Instagram account, @CoreyPaige_Designs, and on your Portfolio Page on your website that are not offered on a variety of products. How can I order this design?
- Please reach out to us at email@example.com if there is a design you do not see and want to order.
What size leggings do you offer?
- Adult sizing runs XS - XL Women's. Kids sizes run 2T - 7. Youth leggings run 8-16. Please check the size charts on the product pages.
There is a product I have in mind but do not see it on your site. Will you be making any new products?
- We are always looking to expand our product line. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to hear about new Corey Paige Designs products. If you have any suggestions for products, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
