Return Policy

We do not accept returns due to the fact that each item is a made-to-order, printed on-demand, exclusively for the customer who ordered it.

If the item arrives damaged, please email us at with photos and we will address the issue for an exchange or store credit. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or order mistakes not due to our error.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you'd prefer store credit, we can provide that.
